I wish I had seen more reviews, positive or negative, before I got in the vehicle with Dan, the weekend driver for Atlantic B&N Shuttle.He was very friendly but drove much too fast for my liking. In the first 30 minutes on the road, we slipped 3 times on black ice while going around turns too quickly and passed a car off the road and a transfer truck in the ditch as a result of it. After a very close call that almost resulted in a head on collision, Dan did take better care going around turns.However, throughout the remainder of our drive from Sydney to Halifax, he drove well over 120 and passed every vehicle we came upon. There were times his both hands were off the wheel and it was being held steady by nothing at all, all while passing. I didn't feel like I could afford to take my eyes off the road even for a second.This has been brought to the attention of Dan's employer with the hope he'll reduce his speed and become a more careful driver.When planning a trip, please choose your drive carefully and always leave a review after your experience to give everyone the opportunity to choose a service with which they'll feel safest.Life's too short to die on a shopping trip to Halifax.

I booked for B&N to come pick me up. I had a difficult time bringing all my belongings downstairs, leaving the backyard door to get to the front yard. The driver calls me telling me he’s here, and I reply back saying I’ll be down. I walk outside, see the shuttle right in front of me and he abruptly leaves and drives off. I run after him down the block but he speeds off and drives away. I call him back to let him know I was right behind him, but he didn’t let me talk and advised me to get a shuttle from Macleod’s. He picks up and hangs up without any sympathy- yet he couldn’t turn around or slow down when I was right there? In return, I miss my other shuttle and have accommodations booked hours away for another town. Very frustrated and appalled over the customer service I received
